Background
Cochlear launched a redesigned online store with an equivalent or improved functionality and user experience in North America before rolling out to the Asia Pacific and European markets. Specifically the design will improve on the current experience and remove any pain ponts that could potentially prevent users from the purchasing, upgrading or reimbursement flow.
